Tiina is familiar with both business growth and contraction and dealing with the challenges related to both.
Tiina has versatile experience of different industries and areas of responsibility. She has been working in various types of industries such as research, information technology and construction, in both consultancy and labour-intensive organizations in, e.g. Tieto Corporation and Lemminkäinen.
In the beginning of her career Tiina worked as an IT planner, an IT project manager and an HR Specialist. She has gained skills in management positions and business development positions in different sized companies, also in international departments. Tiina has also worked as an HR director, IT manager and a board member.
Tiina has been working in international environments for the past 15 years. She is familiar with both business growth and contraction and dealing with the challenges related to both. Implementing business strategy, especially from the viewpoint of organisational culture and HR, are Tiina’s core competencies.
